Many traders end up purchasing indicators from other vendors that ultimately don’t fit their trading approach.
If that has happened to you, you’re definitely not alone.
To solve this problem, we created Zuture Switch – a program that allows you to convert trading products purchased from other vendors into Zuture Wallet credits, which can then be used to purchase indicators across Zuture Group, including ninZa.co, RenkoKings.com, HelloWin.io, ZillaTrader.com, and ZonixTrading.com.
If you have never used products from Zuture Group before, this program offers a great starting point.
You can try our indicators and systems at a better effective price without letting your previous investments go to waste.
How it works
To participate, simply provide proof of purchase for any trading product you previously bought from another vendor.
Acceptable proof may include an invoice, license confirmation, or account screenshot.
Once verified, we will issue Zuture Wallet credits based on the actual price you paid for that product license.
Participation rules
To keep the program fair and straightforward, the following conditions apply:
- You may switch third-party trading products with a combined value of up to $2000 at a time, based on the price you originally paid.
- After you spend your Zuture Wallet credits (regardless of the amount), you may participate again and switch additional indicators.
- Any indicator or license that has already been switched cannot be submitted again.
- Only indicators purchased from external vendors are eligible.
- Products from Zuture Group (including ninZa.co and our other stores) cannot be switched.
If you wish to exchange or sell back products purchased from Zuture Group, please refer to the Zuture Exchange or Zuture Buyback programs instead.
Through this program, your previous purchases do not go to waste.
Instead, you can convert unused tools into Zuture Wallet credits and explore indicators and systems across Zuture Group that may better suit your trading strategy.
Switch rates
Your credit return rate depends on how long you’ve owned the products and your lifetime spending at our stores:

Example calculations
Example 1
David purchased Indicator A from vendor X in 2023 for $400 and has spent $2700 in total across Zuture Group.
As a Diamond customer, he can switch this indicator and receive:
$400 × 25% = $100 in Zuture Wallet credits.
Example 2
William bought indicator B from vendor Y last month for $500 and has spent $1200 in total at one of the websites at Zuture Group.
As a Gold customer, he can switch the indicator and receive:
$500 × 45% = $225 in Zuture Wallet credits.
Exclusive benefits for Zuture Switch participants
Participants in the Zuture Switch program gain access to a higher price-reduction ceiling when applying their Zuture Wallet credits.
Within 30 days from the switch date, your Zuture Wallet credits can be used to reduce the price of products up to the limits below:

Notes
- The final purchase price cannot fall below $100.
- If the calculated discount reduces the price below this amount, it will be adjusted to meet the $100 minimum requirement.
- The price-reduction ceiling does not guarantee the maximum discount. It only defines the highest possible reduction available. If your Zuture Wallet balance is insufficient to reach the ceiling, the final discount will be lower.
- All discount ceilings are calculated using original product prices, not discounted sale prices.
Important Notes
(1) We always retain at least 25% of the original product price. This one-time cash portion helps us:
- Provide lifetime customer support, including free remote assistance
- Deliver free product updates
- Maintain our self-service licensing system
- Support the technical infrastructure required to serve our customers
This requirement helps support the ongoing operation of our company, which currently has around 30 team members.
(2) This program is open to all customers and accepts licenses from any NinjaTrader vendor, except products from Zuture Group (including ninZa.co and our other stores)
(3) This program does not apply to gift products.
(4) This program is currently in beta, and its terms may be updated or modified at any time at our discretion.
