Overview

EOB Exit is designed to eliminate execution latency when closing positions.

In fast-moving markets, even a delay of a few seconds can significantly reduce profits or increase drawdown. This is especially true when using Renko or tick-based charts, where bars do not close on fixed time intervals.

This tool ensures exits are executed precisely at the moment a bar closes, without manual delay.

Exit Modes

EOB Exit provides 4 automated exit modes based on bar close conditions:

• Exit Sure: Closes the position immediately at the close of the current bar, regardless of direction.
• Exit Up: Executes an exit only if the bar closes bullish (green). Commonly used to take profit on long positions or cut losses on short positions when upward momentum appears.
• Exit Down: Executes an exit only if the bar closes bearish (red). Typically used to take profit on short positions or exit long positions when downward momentum appears.
• Active ‘Til Canceled: Keeps the exit condition active across multiple bars until the specified condition (Up/Down) is met or manually canceled by the trader.

Advanced position management

In addition to bar-based exits, EOB Exit includes fast-action controls for immediate position management:

• CLOSE: Instantly exits the current position at market price.
• FLATTEN: Closes all positions across all instruments and connected accounts with a single action. This serves as an emergency risk control feature.
• REVERSE: A dual-action function that closes the current position and simultaneously opens an opposite position (e.g., Long to Short) at the same bar close.
